PaHanda started with a familiar problem. Some of the best food in a neighborhood is made in home kitchens and small eateries, but unless you already knew the seller, you would never find them. Meanwhile, those sellers relied on word of mouth and a handful of regulars to get by.
We built PaHanda to close that gap. A seller sets up a store, lists what they cook, and gets discovered by people nearby. A customer browses local food, pre-orders from the sellers they like, and picks it up fresh. Nothing complicated, just a shorter distance between the kitchen and the table.
Our pilot community is in Dumaguete, where small food businesses are part of everyday life. That is where we are learning what actually helps a local seller earn a living.
Bawat order, may kuwento. ♡
